Each item is individually manufactured based on customer specifications.
Due to the nature of our production and quality control process,
we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, including reasons such as differences in appearance or size.

We take great care to ensure product quality. However, in the unlikely event that a defect is found in an unused item, we will provide an exchange.
